Ummm so.  Probably not.  For all my perceived toughness (alright maybe im not tough at all) I cant handle these kinda heights.  Things that are out of my control on whether I live or die I cant handle.  Id prefer any other way of possibly going out beside rocketing off the end of that thing into space.  Would be a helluva a story though if you ended up surviving.

I would do it, I might have a heart attack, but I would do it.

Related story, when I was 10? my father brought me to the power company he worked for and put me and him in a basket on a boom truck they used to service super tall power lines, well, we went up, and up, and up, all the way up to 180 feet up. I swear that thing swung back and forth in the breeze 5 feet, and it was scary as hell, but awesome at the same time.

Interesting that you say that... I used to wheel/explore with a guy in Mississippi who drives a 86.5 Nissan Hard Body. He goes by Reserector... He resurrects old trails.

I don't know why they bothered with the tent... the car probably has more room. I could stick 10 un-cut 4' x 8' sheets of 3/4" plywood in the back, close the door, and drive normally.

    Cool

They are basically a 1/2 ton 2wd truck with a car body and a corvette inspired LT1. I still miss mine, though my GMC Sierra Z71 fills that niche and then some.

Thanks Jareb. It made me chuckle.

Someday my Taco will be built very similar. It only makes sense too, given the spirited style of driving I do enjoy!

I think that area is included in the proposed town forest. Unfortunately, given some of the people that reside in wayne, I'm sure vehicular access will disappear.

    Certainly a nice area.
