Grab the latest Maine Atlas & Gazetteer and search away!

NMW has all the dirt roads you'll ever need.

Double dotted are unimproved roads, generally dirt.
Single dotted are "trails". Not always passable, most are gated, blocked off or overgrown.

Southern Maine is pretty scarce for trails in comparison to the rest of the State of Maine. Its like two different worlds. Not saying they arent out there but the difference in population and agreeable land owners are two of the major factors.
