    I got a bad one, anyone ever change one before? I just today got my feet wet on ifs toyota steering so I'm a noob and need a bigger hammer. I assume I just slide the boot away and change it right?

    Unthread old one, thread in new one. Get alignment. There's a little more to it, but that's it in a nutshell.
