Most of it is the same as last year, and it all can be found on www.northeastoverland.net

All communications will be strictly mobile GMRS. Any unit over 5 watts will require a FCC license, FCC Information

All rides will have a 6 truck/SUV limit. This will help minimize impact on nature by treading lightly and when we are out localvoring.
The NEO Rally will have a 24 rig maximum.

All rides will be $250/truck/SUV. Occupants are limited by the seatbelts

All rides will share the same simple "Required Equipment" list

    Under the "Required Equipment"
