Reasonablly priced Tent SLeeping Bag?

I'm need to upgrade my portable lodging accommodations, and be brought into the 21st century!

My budget is $150. I'm scanning Army & Navy sites now but if there's any heads up on deals I'd really appreciate being pointed to deals from else where!

How tall are you? I have a "spare bag" I would sell for $20 it is a serria designs 0 or 20 deg bag, I don't remember and it is in storage.

6'3" or 75" if it's greater than 75" consider it sold!

I was concerned mostly about my Tent ( Timber Top brand insta-tent ), which I pulled out to check it last Sunday and it's in great shape considering that I bought it in 1992!

I also have an Coleman propane lantern and stove.
