Rover Sandglow Yellow Where to buy?

Due to some minor corrosion issues I need to address this coming Fall, the TJ needs an repaint. I've decided on an earthen color, Earth Yellow or Sandglow Yellow, being that there's a few Rover guys here and it is an Rover hue, where does one find an auto paint shop that can blend the Sandglow in our area?

I would really love to paint the LR3in that color and CT scheme.

Personally, I think the D2 G4 Trek colors and graphic's would look better on the LR3....not the LR3 scheme. This look but on a LR3.

That would look great too! I especially love the hood graphics.

I bet you could do a vinyl wrap of the graphics in a desert tan on your green paint and it would look pretty badass.

Its possible, but I am not going to through out the change for it.

What is going on rust wise to dictate the full repaint? I am just curious. Also what are the spec's on your LJ?

Well there's an blister on tip of the fender, under the tub it wasn't painted, just a faint zinc coating which is showing a little rust at the welds. It's seven years old and it's time for a change! Also, It's an daily driver and I will put a stronger primer and paint on that should last quite a while!

How do you like the 4.88's and 33's? I have been debating between 4.56 and 4.88's

I've been 33" pizza cutter guy for 20+ years, perfect for an Jeep, less stress on drive train and wicked traction on the back roads!
4.88, I'd rather have 5.38's 'cause of the 42RLE's deep OD., it's Ok
as for gearing, what are you running, ie trans,diffs,tire size?

I currently have dana 30 and dana 44 w/3.73's and 32 x 11.5 tires. My transmission is a nv3500 and a np231, w/ a 4.0. I lose power in fifth gear, requiring a downshift especially on big hills.

If you up to 33 ( 32.5 GY, 32.8 BFG or glorified 32 etc. ) up to 4.88's, that extra percentage will benefit you in the long run, and crazy crawl ratio! Just an suggestion, go with the skinnies, I plan on going to an 16" wheel and do an 255-75-16 BFG a spot on 32"-9.3, pretty close to a 7.50-16, perfect for the TJ!

Right now you're at 35.1, if you up to 4.88 + 33 your crawling at 46.29, 4.88's are the way to go! You'll return to the power band and it'll be less stress on the 4.0L, and more control and less throttle on the more technical parts of the trail!

I've contacted East Coast Rovers and they don't sell paint but told me any good paint shop would be able to blend this color. I have the code for PPG & Dupont, this coming summer when I'm on my many visits to Maine I'll stop in a shop.
Does anyone know a good paint shop in the greater Portland area, Sebago ( B-Inlaw's Peabody pond camp ) & Gorham ( B-Inlaw's home )Also my inlaws live in Corea, so when I say many visits, I mean " Many Visits " !

I'd appreciate any suggestions you may have!

I'll ask my neighbor about the Greater Portland area. He used to be the Body Shop Manager for Galo's Chevy in sunny Saco for over 25 years. He also worked for Moody's back in the day. He is now an appraiser for Liberty Mutual and he knows where all the good shops are

Moody's is about the best that your gonna find but they charge $$$. They are local to gorham and falmouth.
