Re: Camper Kitchen
Id love to build one of these for the trailer. The one I have needs to be redone as it wasnt as thought out as Id like it to be. Need to do a false floor for the FJ first though. So much to do, so little time.

Re: Camper Kitchen
Love the radial sawn southern yellow pine plywood. Needs dark oak satin too....
Srsy, very simple and tidy design. But would be much nicer and lighter if made with baltic birch or apple-ply.

Re: Camper Kitchen
I like that Cuz it's built to your dimensions and needs, not trying to fit your goodies into someone else's box. Glad to see you added more plates too, haha
How heavy ya think it is?

Re: Camper Kitchen
Very cool. If I didn't get such a good deal on my campmate I was thinking of redoing/making another kitchen for the trailer. We'll see. Looks durable and well thought out.

Re: Camper Kitchen
Nice job. I built a very similar one several years ago based on the Boy Scout plans that are out there. Modified it to my needs internally. I think I used 3/8" ply to save some weight. The Scout plans have detachable legs that let it be freestanding, you just have one more thing, well 4 really, to pack. It was great when we camped out of a pickup, but it does not fit in the Cherokee so I no longer use it. Very useful project for anybody that has the room to lug it. Easy build too.
