In all the wiring and updating. I have a Ground issue from the dash. All my gauges flicker and act up when I use my turn signals, lights and/or radio ect.... Where should the Ground for the dash be location and where is it coming from? Any help would be great.

You might check the fuse block to make sure you have a good solid ground there. Most of the dash panel stuff is grounded through that box.

Re: 87 dash gorund issue
Also the dash gauges are linked by an contact tape, when it ages it tends to shrink and warp, thus pulls away the contact area of the gauges. I bet if you take a look you'll see that they have crinkled up!
There's a company that makes replacement backing tape just Google for it!

Most fuse blocks are grounded by the bolt/bolts that attach them to the body/firewall. You'll have to look at yours to be sure. I haven't seen one with a separate ground wire, but that doesn't mean it couldn't be that way!
