No. CB is 27mhz. GMRS is 460mhz. Not only will it not work, it will damage the radio because the SWR will be way off.

thanks that's the radio that I'm looking at but I was wondering about the antenna. I want to try and find an antenna that looks like my firestik antenna that will work with grms radio. Yes I am willing to spend the 80$ to get my license but I could still use this on my work sites without my license due to company license coverage.

Do you want an antenna for looks or for function?

If that radio has a so259 (Coax plug), you could get a [ham radio] antenna for 440 band. Often these are tunable whips that come a little longer than they need to be, then you trim it to tune it... they usually come with trimming charts.

I don't know it there are fiberglass wound antennas for that band/frequency.
